With focuses on creating, financing and distributing first class, studio-quality entertainment content and intellectual property across multiple platforms, as well as making strategic partnerships with, and opportunistic investments in, media and entertainment-related companies and assets.

Further, Frank has worked as an executive producer / producer / and production consultant on several feature films and series for cable television. Frank has also worked on everything from Feature Film Financing, Studio Development, Domestic and International Distribution, Film Festivals, Reality series, Documentaries and Weekly Magazine TV series, both in front of and behind the camera.
